My friend Dorothy turned me on to this young Japanese girl named Yoyoka who just KILLS it as a drummer. She started playing at two(!!!) and is self-taught. In this video, she’s ten years old and completely blows away Robert Plant with her drum cover of Led Zeppelin’s “Good Times Bad Times.”

How about this version of Rage Against the Machine’s “Bulls on Parade?”

Ian Paice of Deep Purple is impressed, too. She’s 12 at this point.

And yes, Dave Grohl is a fan. He turns up about 7:20 into this interview on Ellen.
