Heard About the New “Free on iTunes” Section? Don’t Get Excited Because Canada Got Boned Again.

I’m all for getting free tunes so when I read about the new “Free on iTunes” section last night, I thought I’d take a look. Who doesn’t like free music, right?

So I tried it this morning. Nothing on the Canadian site. So I clicked the link in the Cult of Mac story. First, I got this.

Then I got this.

Yep. Canadian music fans get boned again. Maybe it’s another copyright issue. Or maybe iTunes is just rolling things out in America first. Anyone from any other territory seeing the same thing.
