It’s just like it sounds: competitors engaged in competitive knitting to the sounds of metal music. Sadly, COVID is forcing the Heavy Metal Knitting World Championship into the virtual universe this year, but hey, it’s still something, right? If you want to apply, go here.

Competition begins July 9 and 6pm Finnish time (UTC +3).
