Here’s Jeremy Allen White as Bruce Springteen in biopic trailer

Bruce Springsteen is the next rock star to get the biopic treatment. The role of The Boss in Deliver Me from Nowhere will be played by The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White. The film follows Springsteen through the recording of his Nebraska album in 1982, a record made on a portable four-track machine in places like hotel rooms. The source material is a book called Deliver Me from Nowhere: The Making of Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska.

And yes, White does his own singing.

The movie opens on October 26. Check it out the first trailer.
