The finale of the musical career of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath July 5 in Birmingham, England–official entitled “Back To The Beginning: Ozzy’s Final Bow,
sold out in 30 minutes. It’s also being turned into a global livestream event.

The all-day festival is being produced by Live Nation and will be hosted by Jason Momoa. There will be appearances by Slash, Duff McKagan, Billy Corgan, Fred Durst, KK Downing, Wolfgang Van Halen, and Tom Morello. Expect some surprises, too . Proceeds will go to Cure Parkinson’s, the Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Acorn Children’s Hospice, a Children’s Hospice supported by Aston Villa.
