That’s Raffaella Carrà. She was/is big in Spanish speaking countries and Italy. The song’s the Spanish version of Tanti Auguri (Best Wishes): Para Hacer Bien El Amor Hay Que Venir Al Sur (To Make Love Right You Have To Come Down South) – wich is what they are repeating in the chorus. Sorta big with grandma’s drag queens, old eurotrash discotheque goers and the such. I remember her still hosting shit on Italian TV circa 2001.
