Here’s Your 2015 Eurovision Winner

Eurovision, the goofy continent-wide annual song contest that makes American Idol look like a poorly attended kindergarten talent show, crowned its winner this past weekend. Sweden’s Måns Zelmerlöw became the winner of the 60th annual event with a total of  365 points.

The Swedish entry went into the finals with odds of 6/5, followed by Russia at 3/1.

The final standings looked like this:

  1. Sweden: 365 points
  2. Russia: 303 points
  3. Italy: 292 points
  4. Belgium: 217 points
  5. Australia: 196 points.

Wait: When did Australia join Europe?
