Hey! New Music from Courtney Love!
A few days beyond the 20th anniversary of the release of Hole’s Live Through This (it came out April 12, 1994. And hey: where’s the anniversary reissue?), Courtney Love has offered up a taste of some new music with a track called “You Know My Name” b/w “Wedding Day.” This is her first new solo material since America’s Sweetheart in 2004. And once again, the producer is Michael Beinhorn.
The reveal came in the UK ahead of a 9-date tour that will begin on April 11 in London. The double-A single will be released digitally on May 4 with plans to issue a 7-inch single shortly thereafter.
Let’s give it a listen, shall we? I rocks pretty good.
