How about a Sex Pistols commemorative coin?

The Sex Pistols are taking advantage of Queen Elizabeth’s platinum jubilee by reliving their glory days of 1977 and 1978. Danny Boyles’ Pistols TV series (based on a memoir by guitarist Steve Jones) debuted on Disney+ today. There’s a reissue of all the band’s music. And now there’s a new Pistols commemorative jubilee coin.

The coin–minted at “the Sex Pistol’s prestigious mint,” whatever that is–harkens back to the “God Save the Queen” single (naturally) and comes in a nice “cushioned sapphire presentation box.” And no, it’s not legal tender for anything.

There’s also an NFT component, too. Each coin comes with a “bonus digital counterpart” that features a number of designs that will be assigned randomly once you buy one.

If you want to part with £25 plus shipping and handling, you can pre-order your Pistols coin here.
