How do you get a bear out of a tree? Use Black Sabbath.

It’s not good when a bear wanders into an residential area. Normally, you can chase it away or tranquilize the bruin and transport him/her to a safe place. But what if the bear scales a tree and won’t come down?

There are at least two solutions. The first is to tranq the bear and let it call into a trampoline.

The other option–discovered this week–is to use metal music.

Wildlife officials were called in after a black bear was rooting through trash in Golden, Colorado. When they got there, the bear had retreated up a tree and wouldn’t come down, even after five hours.

Now what? Bring in the Black Sabbath, specifically “Iron Man.”

Unfortunately, it didn’t work as well as hoped.

Eventually, the bear did come down and moved away from humans. All is well.
