“How to be Punk”

Every revolutionary musical movement starts off being exciting and disruptive, scaring the shit out of the establishment and parents everywhere. Eventually, though, they all become normalized and part of the mainstream. R.C. points us to this magazine from sometime in the 70s that advise people on “how to be punk.”
