I battle The Trews to see who can handle the hottest chicken wings

Last week, I appeared on a podcast called Hot Wings, an interview program where the guests chat about things whilst eating chicken wings with increasingly hot sauce. My opponents/compatriots included John-Angus McDonald and Colin McDonald from The Trews, London-based singer Saveria (who you might remember from The Launch and American Idol), Colin Gray from Texas King, and Blake Prince of the band TEETH.

I did well with the first six sauces, but things started to get funky with sauce number seven. And when it came to the final sauce–an evil concoction called Da Bomb– I wish I’d tapped out.

As God as my witness, I’d never experienced anything hotter in my life. I thought I was gonna die.
