In News from Radioheadland…

Item 1: Radiohead is said to be in a studio mixing material for a new album. Evidence comes from a shot of Jonny Greenwood in the studio. That’s a picture of Anna Wintour of Vogue fame on the console. No, I don’t know why she’s there.

Item 2: You may have heard about the weird relationship advice book published in Iran that inexplicable features Thom Yorke’s face on the cover. Well, that’s not the only place where Thom’s image has been appropriated. This was spotted in Russia. The text promises “We will help you forget about your headache and insomnia.” A nod to Radiohead’s Insomniac?

Item 3: Ever wondered what a Radiohead song might look like? Melissa McCracken, a Missouri artist with synesthesia, paints visual representations of what she “sees” when she hears specific songs.  These are actually quite beautiful.  Here’s what “Karma Police” looks like.
