If you’re an American hoping to see Queen live, forget it. Guitarist Brian May says the band won’t come to the US because “it’s become a dangerous place.”
Finally, spare a thought for Jack Gribble, a drummer for a couple of punk bands, Arms Aloft and The Slow Death. He was protesting ICE in Maple Grove, which is just northwest of Minneapolis. He was arrested after a group was protesting outside a hotel where ICE agents were staying. He was among 26 people scooped up on January 26.
Fortunately, he was released without charge.
His bands are now using his mugshot for merch that will raise money to help the Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee.

Neil Young has gone after Apple and Tim Cook for his bootlicking with Donald Trump.
Let’s remember ICE-T’s reworking of “Copp Killer” to “ICE Killer.”
Lady Gaga went off on ICE during a show in Tokyo.
NOFX has updated their 2022 song, “Huntington Beach Nazis.” It’s now called “Minnesota Nazis.”
