Thanks to Chris for point me towards this site.  For some reason, I’d never heard of Weird Canada before.  Shame on me.

The site is a collection of ephemera from the margins of Canadian music, just as this documentary on Canadian electronic music.  If you have time, browse through Weird Canada and see what else you can find.
