It’s a Sunday evening and Billy Idol is on the phone from California. Not only does he have a new album coming out for the first time in nearly a decade–Kings and Queens of the Underground is out today–but he also has published his autobiography, the perfectly titled Dancing with Myself. We chatted about both.
