Is Rage Against the Machine Recording a New Album?

Bear with me because this involves parsing comments made by Black Sabbath bass player, Geezer Butler.

As you may have heard, Rage drummer Brad Wilk was called in to play on the still-in-progress new Sabbath album.  When Geezer was asked if Brad would be touring with the band, he said that no, it wouldn’t be possible because Brad could have other committments.

More specifically, he said “We don’t know because I think Brad’s got commitments with Rage Against the Machine … It’ll probably be either Tommy or Brad, depending on their commitment.”

What sort of committments?  Touring?  Recording?  Cleaning out the basement?
