Is this is what the new Spotify interface will look like?

Spotify has promised some announcements for us next week, including (allegedly) an in-car music controller and a smart speaker. Or maybe that piece of hardware is one in the same.

Of more interest, though is a new interface. Could this be what users will see with the free tier? This is what The Verge is speculating.
