It’s NHL All-Star Weekend and Michael Bublé is high on mushrooms

Toronto is wrapped up in All-Star Weekend which kicked off Thursday night. Michael Bublé is one of four celebrity team captains (more on that in a moment) and appeared at a kick-off event in grand style. Bublé was trippin’ balls at a press conference. I quote:

“My buddy told me this is just a micro dose of mushrooms and he was lying. So I’ll be honest, I thought I was in Blades of Glory for most of the time that I was out there until it sort of settled down. And then I realized holy shit, I am at the NHL All-Star game.”

Will Arnett, another celebrity captain, came to his rescue. Sort of.

You know, it just occurs to me that… through all the incredible songs that you’ve done over the years and all the hearts of women that you won over around the world, with all that talk about fantasy hockey you lost them all in one sentence. It all just evaporated. Years of building it up and it’s just gone.

Bublé: “The mushroom talk lost me all of my contracts.”

@blogto Michael Bublé definitely had the funniest press conference at NHL All-Star Thursday 😂 #toronto #ontario #tiktoktoronto #nhl #nhlallstar #nhlallstargame #hockey #michaelbuble #torontoontario #torontomapleleafs #funny #torontomapleleafs #yyz #fyp #foryoupage ♬ original sound – blogTO

The two other celebrity captains are Justin Bieber and Tate McRae. A few other stars turned out, too: Bianca Andrescu, Adam DiMarco, Devery Jacobs and Anna Cathart.
