Sometimes when there’s absolutely nothing on, I’ll watch a show like Storage Wars, Pawn Stars, and in a pinch Antiques Roadshow because it’s fun to see people discover that they’ve got some sort of lost treasure.
Jay Ferguson of Sloan has a copy of The Who’s My Generation album signed by all four original members of the band, something he picked up back in the day working at a record store in Halifax. “That must be worth something,” he thought. “Let’s go find out.” So he contacted Antiques Roadshow.
He was invited on and got his evaluation, but for whatever reason, his segment didn’t make the show. That clip, however, is now on YouTube. What is that precious record worth? Let’s find out! (Via Exclaim!)
