Jesse Hughes of Eagles of Death Metal apologizes for being an unfeeling, insensitive douchebag

You’d think that Jesse Hughes, a survivor of the horrific mass shooting at the Bataclan club in Paris, would have had some empathy towards the kids at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Yet he went off on the kids in the subsequent March for Live protests, calling them “pathetic and disgusting.”

The backlash was, in a word, severe. After some sober reflection, Jesse seems to have had a change of heart.
