Justin Bieber’s Hair Prevents Cancer!

From a tiny article in this Sunday’s New York Times Magazine:

Dermatologists at Johns Hopkins say their teenage patients who styled their hair after Justin Bieber’s old look have developed far fewer freckles on their foreheads, thus putting them at lower risk of developing skin cancer.

“Several years ago, a teenage magacelebrity appeared in public view with a hairstyle that should have made pediatric dermatologists…rejoice,” Crystal Ago and Bernard Cohen wrote in a recent edition of JAMA Pediatrics, dubbing this hypothesis “The Big Bang Theory.”

In dermatological circles, that one is a knee-slapper.
