Justin wants some new ink and can’t figure out what what to do. That’s why he’s opened this tattoo competition to his fans. There’s even a cash prize involved.
To get you started, Justin says that the tattoo’s design has to be themed around his favourite TV show, Northern Exposure. (Wait…what?)
This is a really important thing to me. I don’t know how to express that exactly… Its a TV show but it weirdly explained my life to me. Cicely is the metaphor for that.
