Kayne West Paid $3 Million to Play Wedding in Kazakhstan

Kayne was in the land of Borat this weekend as the guest of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, the guy who presides over one of the most corrupt countries in the world and a state with a dreadful human rights record.

The country has been beset with allegations of bribery, money laundering, torture, disapperances, assassinations and the transfer of billions in oil wealth to private offshore bank accounts.

In other words, it’s not a nice place and Nazarbayev may not be the most upstanding guy on the planet.

He does, however, like to throw big parties.  This past weekend, this brutal dude spent about $3 million to bring Kayne West over to play the wedding of his grandson.

Jeezus, Kayne.  Don’t you have a conscience?  Get Borat on the case.

Haha. The title of this makes it sound like Kanye spent his own money to play there. I was briefly baffled.
