Kid Rock booked for Turning Point USA’s “All-American Halftime Show”

For MAGA types outraged that a Spanish-speaking Latino from Puerto Rico is performing for the Super Bowl halftime show, we have information on Turning Point USA’s counter-programming, the so-called “All-American Halftime Show.” It’s very white, very anti-woke, very MAGA. (It’s also amazing how many MAGAs think that Puerto Rico is a foreign country.)

Kid Rock will headline. Three country singers (Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert, and Gabby Barnett) will also appear. Kid Rock and Gilbert have touring plans together this summer.

Four performers in 20 minutes? Good luck with that. Where can it be seen? YouTube, apparently, along with Rumble, and TPUSA’s X page. For Americans, conservative and far-right cable channels (The Daily Wire, Real America’s Voice, Trinity Broadcasting, and One America News) will carry it.

Will it be live? Unclear. Will anyone care? We’ll see. Meanwhile, with all the pre-game hype about Bad Bunny’s performance, there’s an excellent possibility that it will be the most-viewed Super Bowl halftime show ever. To reach that goal, it has to reach more than the 133.5 million views Kendrick Lamar got last year.

For reference, here are the five biggest halftime show ratings:

  1. Kendrick Lamar (2025): 133.5 million
  2. Usher (2024): 123.4 million
  3. Rhianna (2023): 121 million
  4. Katy Perry (2025): 118.5 million
  5. Lady Gaga (2017): 117.5 million
