Leonard Cohen’s anti-Kanye diss poem goes viral

If you follow the crazy that is Kanye West, you’ll remember numerous times that he’s compared himself to Picasso, the great Spanish painter. Leonard Cohen apparently disagreed.

Back in 2015, about a year before he died, Cohen wrote a poem entitled “Kanye West is Not Picasso.” It now appears in The Flame, which collects some of Cohen’s last works. The poem was written three years before Kayne’s weird visit to the Oval Office this past week, but its appearance now makes it a diss from beyond the grave.
