Let’s combine Canadian indie music with flying a 737. This is Live on the Flight Deck.

I’ve seen a lot of videos that mashup music with a variety of things, but this is the first time (outside of an Iron Maiden tour with Captain Bruce Dickinson at the controls) that music and aviation have come together so neatly.

Asif Illyas, host of LiveOnFlightDeck.com, has been posting videos like this for a couple of years now, but his work has only now come to my attention. Check out this feature with Joel Plaskett.
