Lil Nas X’s new video has received a stamp of approval from the Church of Satan
If you haven’t seen the video for Lil Nas X’s “comeback” single (did he really ever go away), take a look and try to imagine the reaction roiling Christians across the planet.
Christians–especially American evangelicals–are losing their sh*t over this. Surprise, huh? They won’t be happy to hear that the Church of Satan has given the given its endorsement.
This isn’t the first time the CoS has approved of something Lil Nas X has done. Remember back in 2021 when he released 666 pairs of “Satan Shoes” that each contained a drop of real human blood? The base of the shoes were from Nike. They were not amused at the modifications.
To make things a little more controversial, X says he’s going to join a Biblical studies program at Liberty University, a hardcore Southern Baptist institution co-founded by Jerry Fallwell Sr.
Says X: “I know some of yall hate me right now but i want yall to know im literally about to go to college for biblical studies in the fall. Not everything is a troll! Anyways IM A STUDENT AGAIN! LETS GOOO…“My new single is dedicated to the man who had the greatest comeback of all time. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, amen.”
