Linkin Park confirms SOMETHING will happen on September 5

After an annoying tease with a countdown clock that turned into a count-UP clock yesterday (August 29), Linkin Park has confirmed that something will indeed be announced on Thursday, September 5. (Here’s an explanation of what happened with the clock yesterday and why we know about September 5.)

Linkin Park has since posted this.

What does that mean? A browse through Reddit uncovers fans sharing screenshots of an email sent out by the Linkin Park Underground fanclub. The email contain an access code for an event talking place in Los Angeles on September 4.

I guess we’ll find out next Thursday.
