During his time with Nirvana, Dave Grohl liked to mess around with his own songs. If you saw the last edition of Sonic Highways on HBO, you’ll have heard about “Hooker on the Street,” an early (i.e. pre-Foos) demo recorded at Laundry Room Studios. Take a listen.
