At a press conference in Paris on Tuesday, Depeche Mode confirmed that they were working on a new album (due next spring) and that they will tour behind it.  They also dropped a new song on us called “Angel of Love.”

Good to see the boys are still active. Like most of DM's first singles, I'll suspect this song will grow on me after additional listens.

DM is one of those bands for me that can do no wrong. Record the sounds of eating breakfast. I'll buy it.

Can't wait for the new album. Really hoping Edmonton (or Calgary, or Vancouver) will appear on the schedule when the North American tour dates are announced.

I like it for a number of reasons…

    1.) Something new & fresh.
    2.) Kinda edgy.
3.) Would love to see DM make a come back to new generations.

My 14 year old son has old DM remixes on his iPod play list.
I think it's cool when influential bands from "my time" can exist in "new times", especially with all the shite you hear on the radio these days.
