Listen to the First Official Single from the NIN Album, Hesitation Marks

“Everything” was officially serviced to radio stations yesterday, which means it took about 4.3 seconds for a rip to appear on YouTube.

The song is oddly…happy with layer harmonies and a Cure-ish riff thrown in. Actually, I can’t think of a happier-sounding NIN song ever

Hesitation Marks will be out September 3.

I'm still processing this one. Not sure if its meant to be satire or nin is just not the angst filled band I once fell in love with. I will say I'm curious/worried to hear the rest of the album. Am I the only one who is less than impressed with this track?

Yeah, a little different than standard NiN fare. Still working it out in my head, but I'm not worried about the rest of the album, as Cody said, the other singles we've heard from various concert videos are really good…
