Live Nation and Ticketmaster just had a big, big quarter
While a lot of people complain about high concert ticket prices, the issue apparently hasn’t stopped them from going to shows.
Live Nation/Ticketmaster just released results for Q2 2026. Here’s what they said. All figures in USD.
- Q2 revenue of $7.7 billion, up 9 percent year-over-year and operating income of $522 million, up 7 percent.
- This is Ticketmaster’s second-highest quarter ever with revenue of $852 million, up 15 percent year-over-year,
- 90 million tickets were sold. That;’s up 8 percent.
- Concert revenue grew by 8 percent to $6.4 billion.
- Fan attendance is up 10 percent to 49 million, the second-highest ever.
