Live New Order Recording from 1985

Rachael points all New Order fans towards some cleaned-up recordings of a New Order gig from 1985 in Slough (yes, home of the original The Office.)  

The date was December 7, 1985.  And yes, they played some Joy Division songs.

    I apparently got the last four tickets to the Toronto show coming up. God damn that was a lot of money. Basically my first and last chance though. And hey, I've already seen Peter Hook (do a DJ set) in Ottawa so it'll be kind of like seeing the complete band!

    Thanks for the shoutout. The URL attached to my comment is to the second post in the series, 13 Dec 85 Orleans, France. Just as stellar as Slough and a better setlist. More posts coming rather quickly, too. Now can we get the full pre-broadcast Toronto 85 set, for me to master? 😉
