Looking for a new movie set in a hipster record store? Check out this.

Whenever the movie version of Nick Hornby’s High Fidelity comes on TV, my wife leaves the room. “I don’t need to watch fiction. Living with you, this is my life.” She’s not wrong.

I have a feeling that she’s not going to like this one, either. Called Warmed-Over Krautrock, old-school punk rocker Walt tries to relive his glory days by telling stories to the younger employees at an indie record store in the Silver Lake district of LA. Customers include the lead singer of a band called Troubled Meats and a major music nerd named Duane.

Here’s a trailer. You can also rent it here.
