The Telegraph has this list of homes currently for sale that will have appeal to music lovers.  They took into account the location, the size, the decor, the amenities and the history of the property.

This building, for example, was built in 1764 in the Westminster area of London.  Its location makes it valuable as does the fact that Mozart once stayed here.  Just  £6.5 million.
