UPDATE: Looks like we’re about to get new Foo Fighters music any second now. (Specifically at midnight New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day.)

Yes, the new album, Medicine at Midnight, will be released on February 5, but the Foo Fighters dropped this bit of news. And the Foos don’t do anything like this without following through.

UPDATE: The name of the song is “No Son of Mine.” It’ll appear online as of midnight New Year’s Eve. It is NOT an official single. Instead, it’s an album track designed to keep fans hanging in until the new album is released.
