Lots of Connected Car News from CES Already

Things have barely started in Las Vegas and already there have been some major connected car announcements:

1. Pandora, the streaming music service that we still can’t get in Canada, announced a new in-car advertising initiative that’s bound to scare the crap out of terrestrial radio.

2. Ford will grandfather older vehicles into their SYNC AppLink system.

3. Chevy and OnStar have cooked up high-speed (i.e 4G LTE) connectivity in selected models, turning these vehicles into rolling wifi hotspots.

Times are changing…fast. The radio industry had better be paying close attention. To stay up to date on all news in the car industry why not click this link and take a look at the car adverts with the most views.
