Lottery Winner Wants to Buy Guns ‘N Roses Reunion
If you hit the big jackpot, what would you do with the money? Me, I’d travel and by a stupid number of stupid supercars. Adrian Bayford has other ideas.
This past weekend, the co-owner of Suffolk Music Centre in Haverhill, UK, won about $230 million (£148 million) in the Euromillions lottery. His priorities?
1. New car
2. New house
3. Er, some pizza from Dominos
But it’s his fourth priority that’s really interesting. He’s willing to underwrite a reunion of the original line-up of Guns ‘N Roses.
Interestingly, the current Axel Rose-fronted version of the band can be had for $1 million, which is what Russian billionaire Alexander Chistyakov paid for a private gig last year.
