How Many Times Do You Check Your Email Each Day?

I average about 300 emails a day, most coming from publicists and record labels with news of new artists with new releases. If I don’t clear out my inbox regularly, I end up running into dozens, sometimes hundreds of emails that need processing. Even after setting up rules for incoming mail, deleting or filing messages that can’t be automatically sorted takes a few seconds each. Multiplied by several hundred and–well, you see the problem.

Bottom line is that I check my email a lot every day (and, I’m ashamed to say, during the night. Where do you fit on this chart?
