In Trump Inauguration News, Maybe Quincy Jones Can Be Convinced to Attend

Woe to the person in charge of booking talent for Donald Trump’s inauguration celebration. Elton John, Celine Dion, Garth Brooks, Andrea Bocelli and many others have all declined to appear. And even though the Mormon Tabernacle Choir has been confirmed, one member had to follow their conscience and was moved to quit the choir rather than go to DC for the Donald. The resignation even made allusions to Hitler.

Meanwhile, Quincy Jones says he (along with Sylvester Stallone) say he’ll be at Trump’s New Year’s Eve party. Maybe Donald can convince Quincy to play a quick set at the inauguration.

Finally, there’s the matter of inauguration parade. Politico reports on who will be involved. If marching bands are your thing, go here.
