Metallica got censored in a weird way for a weird reason

Metallica was booked to perform a virtual gig at BlizzCon, which is an annual event dedicated to the video games created by Blizzard Entertainment (Think World of Warcraft and Starcraft).

Everything was fine on Metallica’s end and with the official BlizzCon Twitch page and YouTube channel. But when it came to TwitchGaming’s broadcast, the performance was blotted out by cheesy 8-bit computer game music.

This seems to be some kind of error, an oversight, instead of worries about copyright infringement. Still, what’s done is done.
