Mid-Year Concert Touring Report

With record sales falling, you gotta keep on the road if you want to make up for that lost revenue. Halfway through 2015, here’s who’s making the most money from touring. (Via Billboard)

I daresay that the Foo Fighters would have been in first place had Dave not broken his leg, forcing the band to cancel two European shows, two sold-out Wembley Stadium shows and an appearance at Glastonbury. I’m surprised U2 isn’t in the Top 10, but maybe that’s because their tour started later and has been restricted to arenas. They are, however, among those with the largest box office takes.
