Monday timesuck: Explaining how synthesizers work–in 1980.

Back in 1980, electronic keyboards were still very new and mysterious. A PBS series called 3-2-1 Contact did its best to show kids how all this new technology worked with help from Suzanne Ciani, an experimental electronic musician. It’s a fun watch. (Via Boing Boing)
