More on the CataCoffin

I posted a story about the coffin with the surround sound system back before Christmas.  Now there’s a sales video to encourage music fans to part with $30,700.

For that money, you can buy a couple of MacIntosh monoblock amplifiers ($6,000 each), mating them to a MacIntosh preamp ($6,500) and plugging in one of their midrange CD players ($4,500) and still have $7,700 left over for a good pair of speakers and all the cables you need.  Then bury the whole thing in the back yard.  You’ll get the same effect.

Enjoy.
