An MP3 Player So Waterproof It Comes Packaged in a Bottle of Water

Standalone MP3 players aren’t selling the way they used to since most of us now use our phones for listening to music.  However, there are still special-case uses for MP3 players.  Swimmers who want to use music when they train. Divers.  People who work in wet environments.  People who sweat a lot.

Sony wants to own that market.  And to prove that their W Series Walkman is better than anything out there, it comes packaged in a bottle of water.  They’re even selling it through vending machines at pools and gyms.
