My Favourite Band from Vladivostok

I’m been following Russia’s Mumiy Troll for years now.  After many, many years working their way through the eight time zones of their country (plus a chunk of Europe), they’re ready with an English language album directed at North America.

Vladivostok–named after their hometown, natch–is coming April 24.  Producing help comes from Joe Chiccarelli (The Shins, My Morning Jacket) and Mike Clink (Megadeth and GnR).  Click here for a listen to “Fantastica,” the first single.
