Need more news from the Kayne dumpster fire? Here you go. (Tuesday edition)

Kanye continues to make life difficult for himself. Here’s the latest.

He’s being sued by his former business manager

Kanye seems to have some things in common with his buddy Donald Trump in that he doesn’t pay his bills. He’s being sued by a former business manager over unpaid fees. At stake is a monthly retainer fee of US$300,000 over an 18-month contract.

Ye calls Mark Zuckerberg “Masa” and has more comments for “Jewish business people”

Sunday evening (Oct 30) Kanye posted this to Instagram:

The entire entertainment business changes noooooowwww on Donda in Jesus name #lovespeech I was told to remove a word from this post and I did Please oh please masa Zuckerberg Don’t cancel my wittle black voice of opinion I know I don’t say everything #redmedia forces people to think feel and say My shadow banned instagram is all I got left

The post seems to be deleted now but not before Ye posted this in response to a comment suggesting that he leave the US for a while to let things calm down: “I’m staying in America. I gotta get the Jewish business people to make the contracts fair. Or die trying.”

Financial catastrophe could be just months away

This report says that revenues from four of the five sources of income he has have collapsed entirely in the last couple of weeks.

  • His clothing deals are gone. Adidas, his most lucrative deal, has been canceled. (They reportedly got so sick of him that they decided to “obliterate” him.) The partnership he had with The Gap is no more
  • Catalogue music: Revenues from streaming and music sales have dropped
  • He’s been dropped by all his label partners so releasing new music will be tough
  • It’s getting tougher for him to perform live. He had a concert set for SoFi Stadium in LA this weekend, but it was canceled by the venue.

The only source of money left is royalties, which are around US$5 million a year. He may have to sell his catalogue to save himself. (Rumours say it was floated to some potential investors for US$135 million, but no one was interested.)

Meanwhile, Kanye continues to burn through cash.

He’s reversed his position on the death of George Floyd

Well, sort of.

Then there’s this.

No more Instagram. Again.

After being briefly reinstated, Ye has been suspended from Instagram afgain after targeting Jewish people.

Apple Music has done what Spotify wouldn’t

Apple Music quietly removed Kanye West’s playlists.

Ye is one of those soccer parents

He got into a fight with another parent at son Saint’s soccer game.

But he still has fans

Some fans have launched a GoFundMe campaign to make Ye a billionaire again.

  • I truly don’t give a **** about Kanye or whatever he calls himself this week, I’ve never bought or listened on purpose, but even i have to admit that the guy is brilliant, he made himself a billionaire!

He is also mentally ill, he is clearly bipolar as @#$%&!…never forget that the difference between “crazy as hell” and “wildly eccentric” is usually your bank balance, but there are exceptions. He’s off his med’s and no one around him has the balls, or maybe the interest, in helping him as long as they keep getting paid…
