Need to chill? Here’s the latest list of the world’s most relaxing songs.

Yes, it’s another advertisement posing as a scientific study, but it’s still kinda fun. In this case, a beauty company commissioned a music psychologist to figure out the formula for what makes music relaxing–or more specifically, the most relaxing music for your skincare routines. So, yes: music than could benefit your skin.

The study considered 1.4 million songs from playlists that used the following words:

  • Skincare
  • Calm
  • Calming
  • Relaxing
  • Self-care
  • Unwind
  • Wellness

The number of times each musician and song were included was counted up and then ranked. What’s the result? Music that regulated heart rate, lowered blood pressure, and reduced the stress hormone, cortisol. That’s supposed to be good for your overall wellness, including your skin, especially if you’re applying the appropriate serums, creams, and goops.

Here’s the top 25 most-relaxing artists. The number on the far right is how many playlists on which the artist appears.
