New Jack White Collection Features More Rarities

The cool thing about running your own record label is that you’re free to do all kinds of things you could never do if you were signed elsewhere.

Jack White loves to use Third Man Records to do interesting things.  He’s just announced the 15th installment of a music subscription series he calls The Vault.  This one features a live LP from a band called The Bricks (Jack, Brendan Benson, Ben Blackwell from The Dirtbombs and Kevin Peyok from The Waxwings) along with an ancient demo of “Steady As She Goes” (on coloured vinyl, of course).

Here’s a sample of that Bricks recording.
